Guest Service Representative - Be the face of our hotel by providing exceptional guest experiences. You'll handle check-ins and check-outs, process payments, answer phones, assist with guest requests, and maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and common areas. Cross-training opportunities in housekeeping and laundry available.
We're looking for team members who demonstrate a 100% commitment to guest satisfaction and embrace our service culture. You'll be empowered to resolve guest issues through our Make it Right process and help convert inquiries into reservations.
