Mental Pathway Counseling and Psychotherapy Center is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, leading to the creation of personalized treatment plans.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals, focusing on their specific challenges.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methods to promote effective healing and recovery.
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care, encompassing feedback and insights from all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• A strong understanding of evidence-based practices and approaches for a range of mental health disorders is expected.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms will be beneficial.
