Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, leading to the creation of personalized treatment plans.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals, focusing on their specific challenges.
- Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methods to promote effective healing and recovery.
- Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care, encompassing feedback and insights from all stakeholders.

Qualifications
- A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

- A strong understanding of evidence-based practices and approaches for a range of mental health disorders is expected.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
- A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
