We're hiring for multiple production positions with a growing custom manufacturer in the Richmond area. Whether you're brand new to manufacturing or you've been on a production floor for years, there's a role for you here. Start Your Manufacturing Career With a Growing Custom Manufacturer.
Your specific position will be matched to your skillset, experience, and interests — we don't force people into roles that aren't the right fit.
Assembly Production — Build custom heat exchangers by reading detailed drawings and blueprints, using hand tools, and working with lumber and other packaging materials
Welding & Brazing — Use a custom hand torch to braze and weld metals, completing the critical pressure boundary of the heat exchanger
Other Production Roles — Additional positions available based on your background and interests
Available Shifts:
1st Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm
2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm
What We're Looking For
A steady work history — reliability matters more than experience
Comfort using hand tools and working with your hands all day
Willingness to learn and grow into higher skill levels
Team player attitude — this is a collaborative floor
Ability to follow detailed drawings and instructions
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Manufacturing, production, or assembly experience is a plus but not required. If you've worked with your hands in any capacity — construction, automotive, warehouse, trades — we want to talk to you.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
None of these are required, but they'll help you move faster:
Forklift operation experience and certification
Prior metalworking or manufacturing experience
OSHA 10-hour certification
Physical Requirements
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift
Good manual dexterity and close-detail vision
Able to work with your hands in various positions throughout the day
