New Berlin Hills Golf Course, located in New Berlin, WI, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Beverage Cart Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Schedule:

Must be available for the full golf season (approximately April-October).

Key Responsibilities:

• Confirms the beverage cart is fully operational before starting rounds on the course.
• Stocks and cleans the beverage cart throughout the day.
• Maintains and exhibits knowledge of proper golf course etiquette.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by management.
• Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient, and personalized manner.
• Serves food and beverage items to guests while on the course.
• Responds to customer questions regarding general facility information.
• Reviews schedules for changes, calendar of events, and club activities on a daily basis.
• Maintains accountability for all checks and cash transactions that may, at times, be high volume.
• Utilizes the Point-of-Sale system (POS) and creates daily sales reports.
• Communicates guest concerns or comments immediately to the Director of Food and Beverage and the Chef.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Experience preferred but not required.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Certificates/Licenses:

• Valid driver's license required.
• Valid New Berlin or Wisconsin bartender license required, or the ability to obtain one.

Environment/Noise:

• Must be able to work in a wide range of weather conditions, including warm, cold, wet, and dry.
