West Seattle Golf Course, located in Seattle, WA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Beverage Cart Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Pay:

$21.30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains a professional appearance at all times
• Drives the beverage cart to various areas on the golf course to service guests
• Maintains a supply of all bar products and supplies, including glassware, expendable paper goods, and other items
• Stocks beverage carts to par levels each day of use
• Ensures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
• Operates the Jonas Point-of-Sale (POS) system and processes member charges and credit card transactions according to procedure
• Learns the names of regular guests and personally recognizes them
• Monitors the guest experience and takes appropriate action to ensure excellent customer service
• Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
• Prepares garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks
• Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned
• Communicates effectively with peers, management, line staff, and front-of-house employees
• Ensures that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Assists in food preparation and tends bar as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance
• Experience preferred but not required
