Deering Bay Yacht and Country Club , located in Coral Gables, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Beverage Cart Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities of the Beverage Cart:

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests
• Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other supplies
• Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use
• Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
• Operate Jonas, guest member charges and credit card charges according to procedure
• Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
• Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service.
• Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
• Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks
• Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned
• Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employees
• Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Assist in food preparation and tend bar as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Minimum Qualifications for the Beverage Cart:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must be able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Experience preferred but not required
