Description
The Beverage Cart Attendant is integral to the guest experience and provides food and beverage services (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to the guests of the property. The Beverage Cart Attendant will service beverages at the facility and provide a high-quality service-oriented environment.Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
- Ability to operate computerized/electronic cash register system
- Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
- Knowledge of and ability to safely operate a motorized beverage cart using proper golf etiquette
- Must have a friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
- Must have strong skills in Customer Service
- Must be dependable
Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests
- Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use
- Operate Micros, handle cash, room charges, guest member charges and credit card charges according to procedure
- Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employees
- Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Assist in upkeep of the golf course as needed
- Assist in food preparation and tend bar as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
