Shift Availability, Pay, Differential & Bonus
We are currently hiring across multiple shifts. Available schedules include:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: $18.28 per hour
Additional earningopportunities include:
- 2nd Shift Premium: +$1.50 per hour
- Quarterly Bonus: Eligible for up to 5% of salary earned each quarter based on performance and business results
- Overtime Pay: Available based on production needs (including Saturday as needed)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Basic Function
Assembles air conditioning units and components using hand and power tools, following blueprints and work instructions to meet quality and production standards.
What you will do
- Assemble components and finished products using hand and power tools
- Follow blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
- Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and report defects or production issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Use basic computer systems to track production and inventory
- Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE
- Support overtime and production demands as needed

- Use tools and basic problem-solving skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Work closely with team members and leadership to meet production goals
- Maintain focus on safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate flexibility to support overtime or production needs
What we look for
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Military experience or technical training in the armed forces is preferred
LANGUAGE ABILITY
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The employee is regularly exposed to a manufacturing environment, including noise, dust, and moving equipment.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving hands and arms
- Ability to work in a noisy and industrial setting
- Ability to work overtime as required
HIRING HOURLY RANGE
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $18.28 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
