We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Food & Beverage Director / Executive Chef to lead our culinary and dining operations. This dual-role leader will be responsible for designing creative menus, managing all kitchen and service staff, and ensuring seamless food & beverage experiences for members, guests, and special events.
This is an opportunity to put your stamp on a blank-slate program and help shape the club's identity as a premier hospitality venue.
Experience Required
Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience as an Executive Chef, F&B Director, or similar role in a private club, resort, or fine dining environment.
Strong background in both culinary creativity and food & beverage management.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team while maintaining cost and labor controls.
Experience with banquet operations, catering, and large-scale event execution.
Excellent financial and operational management skills, including budgeting and reporting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; member-focused mindset.
Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred.

Lead and oversee all aspects of the food & beverage program, including kitchen operations, front-of-house service, and banquet/events catering.
Design and execute seasonal, cost-effective menus that maximize quality and minimize waste.
Establish and enforce service standards across dining outlets, tavern, and banquet facilities.
Build and mentor a high-performing kitchen and service team through training and leadership.
Collaborate with ownership and management on marketing, member events, and promotions.
Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships to ensure cost control.
Drive banquet and event revenues, working closely with the club's events team.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
