Under the general direction of the Senior F& B Manager, the Food and Beverage Supervisor will help monitor employees; ensure that responsibilities are met and assignment are carried out in accordance with our high standards; and will help motivate, train, and develop assigned staff. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, this person will help with all Banquet & F&B Outlets duties as needed.
• Thorough understanding of F&B/Banquet operations and management as applied to the hotel, spa and resort industry.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively train, coach, evaluate, and correct employee behavior.
• Ability to work flexible and extended hours as required by the operations of the resort.
• TABC and Food Handlers certificates.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
