Role

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage area in Springhouse Café within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful. This position will work in collaboration with another Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and the Food and Beverage Manager.

Springhouse Cafe is our casual dining restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred
• Good understanding of computer skills
• Strong organizational skills
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
