Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Full-Time | On-Site | Naples, FL

Forest Glen Golf & Country Club is seeking a service-driven and organized Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support daily dining and outlet operations. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining exceptional service standards while supporting team development and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily food and beverage operations
• Supervise and support front-of-house staff
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and member satisfaction
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure proper coverage
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost controls
• Support staff training and service development initiatives

Qualifications:

• Prior food & beverage supervisory experience (private club experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of hospitality service standards and food safety regulations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment
