About the Role
The Manager, F&B will play a pivotal role in growing Collaborations Licensing's food and beverage division, serving as both a trusted partner to our current roster of inbound clients and a driver of new business growth. This is an ideal opportunity for a licensing professional who thrives at the intersection of relationship management and strategic thinking. You'll work closely with leadership on high-visibility accounts and help shape how our F&B practice operates as it scales. The role is hybrid (3 days a week in office, and reports to the Head of Food & Beverage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with inbound licensing clients, serving as a primary point of contact and trusted strategic partner
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to identify, secure, and manage new licensing opportunities
- Build relationships with prospective licensors, agencies, and partners
- Manage the licensing pipeline from prospecting through deal execution and product launch
- Create target lists, track deal activity and timelines, and provide regular pipeline and client updates
- Partner with leadership on negotiations, forecasting, royalty reporting, and strategic recommendations
- Support the product development process for active licensing programs, ensuring milestones, approvals, and launch timelines stay on track
- Prepare client presentations, meeting materials, reports, and other external-facing communications
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities and ideas for clients
- Support agency business development, new client pitches, internal processes, and industry event
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
- 4–6 years of experience in licensing, brand partnerships, business development, or a related field; food, beverage, or wellness experience preferred
- Proven experience managing client and partner relationships and driving business development opportunities from prospecting through execution
- Strong understanding of the licensing process, including outreach, negotiation, product development, and launchExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients, deals, priorities, and timelines simultaneously
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with leadership, legal, and product development teams
- Self-starter with strong ownership, follow-through, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently
- Strong knowledge of consumer products, food & beverage/wellness trends, and the broader licensing landscape
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
