Modesto City Schools is a Pre-K through 12th grade district, serving approximately 30,000 students. The District is one of the largest employers in Stanislaus County, with over 3,200 employees. It is divided into three divisions: Business Services, Educational Services and Human Resources. An Associate Superintendent oversees each division and a variety of programs, such as Early Childhood Education, Child Welfare & Attendance, Special Education, Nutrition Services and Transportation. Requirements / Qualifications
Experience of increasing responsibility managing an institutional or commercial quantity food service program; High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate or California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE) Certificate; Valid California Driver's License; Must provide a DMV printout within five (5) work days of offer of employment; Sufficient physical ability, strength, mobility and stamina to lift 35 pounds and to push or pull up to 75 pounds on a rolling rack or cart.
