University Health is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Diabetes Dietitian Educator to join our team of health professionals committed to improving lives through expert care, education, and support. What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive nutrition education and counseling to individuals and groups with diabetes and related conditions
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to develop personalized care plans
• Develop and deliver evidence-based education programs and materials
• Support patients with lifestyle changes, goal setting, and long-term diabetes management

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Dietitian (RD) required
• Texas licensure (LD) required
• Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) preferred or willing to obtain
• Strong communication and teaching skills
• A passion for health equity and patient advocacy
