Corn Maiden : The resort's signature farm-to-table restaurant , Corn Maiden offers an elevated interpretation of classic indigenous fare . With a menu crafted by locally raised chef George Silva , guests enjoy dishes inspired by the flavors of the region, prepared with refined techniques. The ambiance reflects the warmth and tranquility of a New Mexican pueblo home , creating a truly immersive dining experience.
Other Restaurants: Offering a variety of Southwestern-inspired cuisine and locally sourced ingredients.
Meeting Spaces: 25,000 sq. ft. of indoor space and 29,000 sq. ft. of outdoor venues, including the Tamaya Ballroom (12,000 sq. ft.).

Qualifications
Proven experience in food and beverage management. Ideally 4 or more years of progressive Hotel Food and Beverage Experience .
Track record of creating and implementing new F&B concepts.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to innovate and drive operational success.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
